Real Estate Paralegal at Prologis: Supporting Real Estate Transactions and Development

As a Real Estate Paralegal at Prologis, you will be responsible for supporting and closing real estate transactions, with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development projects. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support for all aspects and stages of real estate transactions, with a focus on title and survey review, due diligence, document preparation, and post-closing integration and administration.
- Lead in the preparation, review, editing, and negotiation of legal documentation, including purchase and sale agreements, closing documents, access and license agreements, and SNDAs.
- Communicate and negotiate with third parties, such as title companies, surveyors, and regulatory bodies.
- Abstract and summarize material terms of contracts and develop professional relationships with internal and external resources.
- Utilize strong PC skills and experience with Microsoft Office, as well as the ability to learn and use proprietary computer systems and databases.
- Demonstrate dedication to professionalism, integrity, and collegiality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Exhibit grace under pressure and work well independently with minimal direction.
- Be flexible and able to prioritize and delegate tasks under tight deadlines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and anticipate and resolve potential problems.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of real estate and related experience, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Strong understanding of title and survey matters and ability to propose creative solutions to resolve potential problems.
- Experience supporting and closing transactions, such as acquisitions, dispositions, ground leases, financings, and developments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and use proprietary computer systems and databases.
- Dedication to professionalism, integrity, and collegiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal direction.
- Flexibility to respond quickly to changing demands and opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple tasks.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise independent judgment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with SalesForce, Doxsera, Smartsheet, and SimpleLegal.
- Experience with data center acquisitions, dispositions, and conversions.

- Hiring salary range of - per hour, with additional compensation determined by location, education, experience, and market data.
