Spanish Speaking Receptionist for an Immigration and Personal Injury Law Firm
Job Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing case files and gathering necessary documents.
- Conduct thorough legal research and compile relevant information to support case arguments.
- Manage client calendars, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of case progress, including data entry into legal management software.
- Communicate effectively with clients, medical professionals, and other parties involved in cases while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests under the supervision of attorneys.
- Ensure compliance with court deadlines and filing requirements.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including managing correspondence and maintaining organized files.
- Translate documents from Spanish to English and English to Spanish.
- Prepare client declarations and letters to clients.
- Assist with case management and general office management.
- Help with immigration and personal injury matters.
- Coordinate documents related to applications for immigration or citizenship, including declarations, petitions, and applications.
Education and Experience Information
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Workspace and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent calendar management skills to coordinate appointments efficiently.
- Ability to type accurately at a reasonable speed for documentation purposes.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to assist with diverse client communications.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple cases simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal are necessary for interacting with clients and colleagues.

Salary Information
