Position Summary:

The Client Intake Specialist is responsible for surveying prospective clients, gathering details about their matter, and managing new client onboarding and data entry. They will also assist with booking and managing appointments and ensuring an exceptional level of service to our internal and external clients. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills.
