Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate will prepare and file employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, H-1Bs, E-1/E-2s, L-1s, TNs, PERMs, Immigrant Preference Petitions, and Adjustment of Status Applications. Bachelor's degree is required. Should have 5+ years of business immigration experience including PERM labor certification applications. Experience in a case management software (Immigration Tracker a plus) is required.
