**Members Only**, a leading law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to explore, adopt, and implement cutting-edge AI solutions across practice groups, ensuring that our firm remains competitive and delivers exceptional value to our clients in 2025 and beyond.

As the AI Program Manager, you will work closely with our individual practice groups and support staff to understand their business needs and provide practical and innovative AI solutions that automate processes, improving productivity and efficiency. You will also collaborate with attorneys and cross-functional teams to drive AI adoption and instill foundational knowledge of AI capabilities, risks, limitations, and ethical responsibilities.

This is a full-time, hybrid position, offering a competitive salary range of $94,, per year, with a potential discretionary bonus based on performance. Part-time employees may also have access to some of these benefits on a pro-rated basis.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Explore, adopt, and implement cutting-edge AI solutions across practice groups.
• Manage AI projects by evaluating new technologies, coordinating test programs, and implementing AI tools.
• Streamline legal workflows and identify opportunities to reduce time spent on repetitive tasks.
• Monitor and analyze AI trends to leverage the potential of AI in legal practice.
• Evaluate AI offerings in vendor solutions and assist with developing and maintaining an AI compliance program.
• Provide hands-on support for AI tool implementation and conduct training sessions for attorneys and staff.
• Measure and report on the impact of AI adoption.

Qualifications:


• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in a legal setting or professional services environment, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience implementing or working with AI technologies.
• Advanced AI literacy and understanding of generative AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and large language models.
• Knowledge of AI compliance requirements and professional conduct rules governing AI use.
• Proven ability to facilitate technology adoption and manage cultural transformation in professional service environments.
• Strong technical background with experience evaluating, implementing, and customizing AI tools specific to legal workflows.
• Comprehensive understanding of data privacy, security protocols, and responsible AI usage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of identifying and implementing technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and client service delivery.
• Experience developing comprehensive AI training programs for legal professionals.
• Ability to work effectively across practice groups, IT departments, and leadership to drive holistic AI integration.
