About the Role

**Members Only** is seeking a Data Privacy Attorney to join our Information Governance team. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with data privacy laws in various regions, as well as review and negotiate vendor contracts involving personal data. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with the option to work both in-office and remotely.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

As a Data Privacy Attorney, you will:

Collaborate with internal teams to review projects involving personal data and advise on privacy risks and compliance with local laws
Assist with requests from individuals to exercise their data privacy rights
Implement measures to demonstrate compliance with data privacy laws
Update and maintain privacy policies and procedures globally
Protect and maintain sensitive and confidential information

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Excellent project management and organizational skills
A proactive approach to improving compliance practices

Qualifications include:

A
At least five (5) years of relevant experience
Experience with European Union data privacy law preferred
