H2: Exciting Opportunity at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell, & Berkowitz, PC

Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell, & Berkowitz, PC is seeking a highly skilled and professional New Business Intake Specialist to join our Revenue Services department. This position will report directly to the New Business Intake Manager and will be responsible for various essential duties and responsibilities related to conflict coordination.

Responsibilities:
- Producing conflict reports, client-matter openings, and edits
- Creating and distributing conflict reports to the Centralized Conflicts Review Department
- Processing conflict reports for potential new hires
- Reviewing client engagement letters
- Maintaining firm databases and entering, updating, and retrieving data
- Creating Excel spreadsheets for importing client-matter information and conflict parties
- Adhering to departmental policies and procedures
- Researching and answering questions for internal clients
- Handling other job-related duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements:
- NBI Software experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact across departmental divisions
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and balance competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to analyze complex problems and recommend/implement solutions
- Strong judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining relationships with attorneys and staff
- Quick learner, flexible, and strategic thinker
- Able to work independently and in teams, share information, support colleagues, and encourage participation
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and effective under pressure
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail and accuracy
- Overtime may be required
