Job Overview:

The Associate Attorney will primarily focus on family law cases, leveraging their extensive experience in the field to provide legal counsel and representation to clients. Duties:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, adoption, and domestic violence cases.
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and participate in negotiations and court proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to advocate for clients' interests.
• Maintain accurate case records, monitor deadlines, and manage caseload efficiently.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members to ensure comprehensive client service and effective case management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience practicing family law.
• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Nebraska State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
• Strong understanding of family law statutes, procedures, and case law.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and client confidentiality.

Education & Certifications:
