Associate Attorney - Business Litigation The candidate' must be an experienced business litigation associate to join our Commercial Litigation team. Should have strong research and writing skills and experience drafting and editing pleadings, briefs, and other written work product. Deposition, arbitration, and trial experience is a plus. The associate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of matters such as corporate disputes, partnership dissolution litigation, trade secret litigation, contract disputes, and employment litigation. All candidates must be currently admitted to the California State Bar in good standing.
