Junior-Mid-Level Corporate & Securities Attorney (Real Estate Focused) The candidate will be in a position to lead and manage the practice group and will have substantial opportunities for leadership and professional development. Should have prior experience in corporate and/or securities transactions. Word smithing skills, and experience in drafting charter documents, offering documents, and corporate transactional documents are a must. Should have 1-3 years of practice of law. Should have strong transactional drafting experience that can draft corporate documents, transactions, and ideally offering documents, and other related documents without the need for constant supervision. Must have corporate or transactional drafting experience. Ideal experience includes drafting private placement memoranda, fund formation, securities compliance, and advising on private or public securities offerings.
