Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for maintaining organized databases and providing excellent client service? **Members Only** is currently seeking a Conflicts Coordinator to join our team and support our Conflicts Team. This is a full-time, remote position with the opportunity to work from various locations including NC, SC, GA, and AL.

As a Conflicts Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing conflicts reports, conducting corporate research and conflicts checks, and maintaining our conflicts database. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our General Counsel's Office on lateral hire and new business intake conflicts assignments. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and a working knowledge of various types of technology.

Responsibilities:
- Review, vet and process requests for conflicts searches
- Perform corporate research and conflicts checks to generate conflicts reports
- Work closely with the General Counsel’s Office on lateral hire and new business intake conflicts assignments
- Interact with attorneys and firm personnel to discuss conflicts data and potential action items
- Maintain conflicts database to record and update all conflict related activities
- Follow best practices and stay current with process improvements
- Work on other conflicts related projects as required

Requirements:
-
- Attention to detail and ability to perform each duty satisfactorily
- Excellent client service skills with strong oral and written communication
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Working knowledge of and experience with Intapp intake/conflicts software a plus

Salary Information:
- Salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 annually
- Additional benefits: health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, professional development opportunities
