Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support to the Institution in the Office of the General Counsel.
- Review contracts and other legally binding agreements.
- Conduct trainings on contract matters.
- Manage visa and immigration matters for the Institution.
- Serve as Exchange Visitor Responsible Officer or Alternate Responsible Officer.
- Correspond with government agencies regarding visa-related inquiries.
- Assist with annual insurance renewal process and other insurance matters.
- Lead and support special projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum one year of related work experience in a legal department, law firm, or professional services/nonprofit organization.
- Paralegal certificate and prior contract review experience preferred.
- Experience with visa and immigration cases and regulations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Tech savvy and familiar with collaboration and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
