Job Description:

- Our firm specializes in Government representation, Business representation and Litigation Defense, with key practice areas including Local Government Law, Public Finance/Economic Development, Commerical Real Estate, Trusts & Estates, Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Labor & Employment Counseling & Litigation, Tax, Cybersecurity & Data Privacy, Business Litigation, Complex Litigation Defense, White Collar Criminal Defense, and Construction Litigation.

Job Requirements:

- JD from an ABA approved law school
- Active license to practice law in VA and/or NC
- Entrepreneurial drive and desire to build client base
- Portable book of business or proof of originating business at $200,000 annually or more.
