Law Firm Seeking Experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney in Los Angeles

Thompson Law Injury Lawyers is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney for their Los Angeles office. This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package and the opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced and growing team.

Job Title: Pre-Litigation Attorney

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Experience: 10+ years, with at least 3+ years in personal injury

Employment Type: Full Time

Department: Pre-Litigation

Salary: Base pay starts at $150,000-$200,000 with additional performance-based bonuses

Responsibilities:

- Proper work-up of all cases in preparation for settlement or hand-off to the litigation team
- Managing a team of pre-litigation support staff, including intake assistants, paralegals, medical records specialists, lien specialists, negotiators, and close-out specialists
- Interacting with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person
- Upholding the values and goals of Thompson Law Injury Lawyers

Qualifications:

- 10+ years' experience, preferably with 3+ years in personal injury
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients and colleagues
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Passion for advocating for others
- Spanish speaking preferred
