Job Title: Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Supervising & Managing Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the law firm's pre-litigation cases with the assistance of case managers and a team of assistants and departments, including property damage, records, demands, negotiations, and lien negotiations.
- Take charge of all phases of pre-litigation, ensuring proper working up of cases by case managers.
- Gather necessary information, documents, and evidence for each case.
- Maintain regular and proactive communication with clients to ensure a positive client experience.
- Provide timely updates on the progress of their case to keep them informed and engaged.
- Collaborate on case evaluation, strategizing, and medical management to enhance case value and obtain the maximum possible settlement for clients.
- Conduct regular audits of pre-litigation cases and hold regular meetings with the team to ensure efficient case management.
- Ensure all team members and departments are achieving their respective Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies.

Education and Experience:
- is required.
- Previous experience in pre-litigation or litigation personal injury cases.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Passion for representing injured clients against insurance companies.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to be a leader and effectively lead all team members within the departments managed.
