Job Title: 2026 Summer Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Summer Associates will become familiar with the laws related to employment law.
- Assist with research, case analysis, and all phases of litigation, including drafting memoranda and court filings.
- Review the status of employment law developments and prepare summaries and articles related to new legislation.
Education and Experience Information:
- Must have strong academic performance.
- Excellent writing skills are required.
- Strong attention to detail is necessary.
- A demonstrated interest in Employment Law is essential.
- Must be enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school as a 2L for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Salary Information:
- For Sacramento, California, the expected salary for this position is $85 per hour.
- Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
