Experience with public sector clients such as cities, counties, and special districts preferred;
Demonstrable knowledge of the Brown Act, Public Records Act, and Conflicts of Interests;
Experience with preparing discovery and pleadings for litigation or adversarial proceedings at state administrative agencies;
Strong legal research and analysis skills;
Excellent writing skills;
Ability to handle and manage written discovery with limited supervision;
Ability to interface with clients and convey professionalism and competence;
Willingness to take ownership of a matter and develop a plan of action.

The firm specializes in providing advisory, transactional, and litigation services to public agencies, agricultural interests, and tribal rights. Responsibilities:
