Job Responsibilities:
The Associate Attorney will work within the Labor and Employment Group at a mid-sized boutique law firm that specializes in representing public entities and non-profits. The primary responsibilities include:
- Engaging in employment litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.
- Conducting workplace investigations.
- Providing training and strategic advice to clients on labor and employment matters.
- Collaborating with a team of attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services.
- Maintaining excellent academic and writing standards in all legal proceedings and documentation.
Education and Experience Information:

Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is between $130,000 and $240,000 per year.
