Overview:
- **Members Only** is seeking a Legal Biller for their Billing and Accounts Receivable department.
- This role will be responsible for processing a high volume of bills accurately and timely.

Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of bills each month, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client guidelines and firm policies.
- Familiarize yourself with special fee arrangements and act as a resource for billing professionals.
- Review and edit pre-bills, communicate with billing professionals and clients to resolve issues, and escalate to the Lead Billing Specialist when necessary.
- Monitor carry forwards and write-offs, coordinate with Accounts Payable, and troubleshoot with Collections.
- Assist with special billing projects as needed.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of legal billing experience.
- Self-starter with a focus on providing excellent client service.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to different work styles and changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in billing systems and e-billing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Solid math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Salary Information:
- Base annual pay range: $60,000-$95,000
- Actual pay offered will vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
- Comprehensive benefits package offered.
