Job Title: Corporate - Finance and Real Estate Associate

Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in commercial real estate and finance activities, including real estate and transactional finance, credit facilities, and secured financing.
- Handle purchase and sale of real estate, leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions.
- Conduct title and survey reviews, manage permitting and entitlements, and address zoning issues.
- Advise lenders and borrowers on a broad range of transactional finance matters.
- Participate in general commercial transactions and corporate matters.
- Draft basic corporate organizational documents and resolutions.
- Manage contractual and transactional matters with a basic understanding of various corporate entities.
- Demonstrate strong drafting, research, and writing skills.
- Manage multiple projects independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience Information:
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate and finance.
- Experience in commercial real estate and transactional finance is preferred.
- Familiarity with credit facilities, secured financing, and general commercial transactions is required.
- Knowledge of corporate entities and experience in drafting organizational documents is desired.
- Excellent academic credentials, particularly in transactional law courses, are required.
- Must be admitted or eligible to be admitted in Texas.
