Key Responsibilities:
• Assist attorneys in legal research and preparation of legal documents
• Prepare and maintain legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and other documents
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Maintain a database of all legal documents
• Maintain and update case files
• Manage and coordinate court appearances, hearings, and depositions
• Coordinate and maintain calendars
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and faxing
• Communicate with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals
• Perform other duties as assigned

# Legal Assistant
Law Firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to provide a broad range of services to our clients. The Legal Assistant will report to assigned attorney and legal support managers and will be trained in all job duties.
## Education and Experience
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
* A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and/or Paralegal Certificate is preferred

* Assist attorneys in legal research and preparation of legal documents
