This role will support the firm's global operations from a . bank regulatory perspective and advise on . deposits businesses. The attorney will provide legal, regulatory, and reputational advice, support management of the firm's . bank subsidiary, prepare and manage regulatory applications, review and uplift firm policies, monitor regulatory developments, and participate in industry group meetings. Role Overview and Responsibilities:

- Vice President level Legal, Bank Regulatory Attorney at **Members Only** in New York, NY
- Provides legal, regulatory, and reputational advice to businesses worldwide on . bank regulatory matters
- Supports management of the firm's . bank subsidiary in understanding and meeting regulatory obligations
- Prepares and manages regulatory applications and advises on reporting requirements
- Reviews and uplifts firm policies relating to banking laws
- Monitors regulatory developments and participates in industry group meetings
- Collaborates effectively with stakeholders throughout the firm, including senior leadership
- Must be a quick learner and critical thinker able to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

- 3+ years of related legal experience at a reputable law firm, in-house, or at a government agency
- NY bar membership in good standing or ability to obtain registered in-house counsel status
- Bank regulatory legal experience preferred; alternative experience in global financial institution with interest in developing bank regulatory expertise will be considered
- Ability to work proactively and independently, manage external counsel, and work well under pressure
- Excellent judgment and ability to assess risk and scrutinize mitigants

Salary Range:

- Expected base salary for this New York, NY position: $170,000-$270,000
