Job Title: EPLI Attorney Practice Coordinator (Formerly Legal Secretary)

Job Responsibilities:
The EPLI Attorney Practice Coordinator is tasked with supporting multiple attorneys' practices with high-level coordination and execution of tasks. Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating support from the Attorney Resource Team and other corporate departments, such as calendar and billing teams.
- Ensuring submissions to the Attorney Resource Team are accurate and complete, with thorough instructions and documentation.
- Communicating with the case team to avoid duplicate requests to the Attorney Resource Team.
- Verifying court and other deadlines, alerting attorneys as necessary.
- Creating and updating litigation matters in the Virtual Binder.
- Creating and updating Tables of Contents (TOCs) and Tables of Authorities (TOAs) accurately and timely.
- Coordinating and finalizing documents for filing with courts or administrative agencies, and ensuring service upon other parties.
- E-filing documents with courts and agencies, adhering to applicable rules.
- Filing documents timely and properly in NetDocuments.
- Creating and submitting New Client Matters (NCM) accurately within firm standards.
- Coordinating transcription of audio recordings.
- Coordinating printing and assembling of documents with office services personnel.
- Maintaining attorney contact lists through Outlook and a Client Relationship Management system (., InterAction).
- Submitting a daily task log identifying projects and assignments.
- Reviewing and revising client pre-bills, when required.

Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation secretary.
- Highly organized with the ability to support multiple attorneys’ practices and coordinate multiple calendars, tasks, and requests effectively.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and anticipate practice needs.
- Initiative to identify, monitor, and execute tasks related to case timelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external parties.
- Advanced knowledge and proven expertise using Best Authority to produce TOCs and TOAs.
- Extensive knowledge of court rules and ECF procedures.
- Proficiency in using MS Office, Outlook, and Adobe.
- Experience with document management systems, such as NetDocuments.
- Expertise in BigHand Create for creating compliant legal documents and correspondence.
- Knowledge of legal terminology.

Salary Information:
The hourly salary range for this position is to , depending on relevant experience and education. The position also includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
