Family Law Paralegal The candidate is responsible for circuit court cases from assisting with drafting the complaint through trial, as well as cases in the juvenile and domestic relations district courts. Should preferably have 3+ years of experience. Should be familiar with scheduling orders, interrogatories, and all other discovery, depositions, motions, supplementing discovery, and all other aspects of litigation. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Must be motivated, work independently, and have strong communication skills. Should possess excellent organizational skills.
