Additionally, the manager will develop and implement attorney integration, education, and training programs, as well as establish relationships with top-tier law schools for law student recruitment.

The annual compensation for the Attorney Recruiting and Development Manager position ranges from $140,000 to $155,000, depending on experience. The law firm also offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, firm-paid life insurance, short and long-term disability, a retirement savings plan with employer profit-sharing contributions, and a generous bonus program.
Additional Information:
The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and prioritization skills. Candidates should be able to manage a high-volume, fast-paced role, stay updated on industry trends, and maintain accurate records of the recruitment process. Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and networking abilities are essential. The role involves travel and the ability to work additional hours as needed. The work environment is professional, with a combination of remote and in-office work. The law firm emphasizes diversity and inclusion and offers a casual, fun, and collaborative office environment with excellent mentorship opportunities.
