Job Title: HR Generalist (Part Time)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Execute the law firm's talent strategy by managing full-cycle recruitment to attract effective talent.
- Implement predictive hiring models in collaboration with the Chief People Officer (CPO) to forecast talent needs based on turnover, growth, and skill gaps.
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition through structured orientation programs and AI-driven onboarding workflows.
- Collaborate with managers to ensure timely and engaging onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job descriptions, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
2. Reporting & People Analytics:
- Generate reports to provide insights for people analytics and compliance needs.
- Apply AI-powered sentiment analysis to evaluate employee feedback and develop engagement strategies.
- Utilize predictive analytics for workforce planning, identifying opportunities for engagement and productivity, retention risks, and training needs.
- Collaborate with leadership to translate HR data insights into actionable strategies.
3. Payroll Backup & Compliance:
- Serve as a backup for payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payroll operations when needed.
- Support audits and reconciliations to maintain compliance and accuracy.
Education and Experience Information:
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of HR experience, with a focus on Talent Acquisition and Analytics.
- Proficiency in AI-powered HR tools, Power BI, Excel, workforce analytics platforms, and payroll systems.
- Strong skills in relationship building, communication, and problem-solving.
