Job Title: Intern, Entry Level Recruiting
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the coordination and execution of summer associate and on-campus recruiting programs.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, law schools, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide support in organizing events, meetings, and other recruiting activities.
- Reserve conference rooms for summer associate activities.
- Research event venues and catering options.
- Solicit summer associate feedback.
- Assist with interview scheduling and logistics.
- Organize the collection of student interview feedback.
- Prepare materials for hiring committee meetings.
- Greet candidates for summer associate interviews.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to recruiting activities.
- Track and process summer event expenses.
- Process student and vendor reimbursements.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Education and Experience Information:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Active enrollment in undergraduate university strongly preferred.
- Prior professional experience preferred.
- Available to work full-time during the summer and part-time once school resumes.
- Ability to work overtime and outside of regular business hours.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other local offices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Good judgment and accountability for delivering excellent service.
- Highly organized and exhibit a high-level attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary Information:
- Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience.
- The hourly rate for this position in the New York City and Washington DC markets is $25 per hour.
- Salaries in other markets will vary depending on market data.
