Job Title: Law Clerk / Entry Level Associate Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advisory and legal services to clients, including leading architects, interior designers, and creatives.
- Work on projects that span residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
- Engage in activities that may result in clients' work being featured in major architecture and design publications.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals to support the firm's objectives.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents as needed.
- Assist in the preparation and review of contracts and other legal documents.
- Support senior attorneys in various legal proceedings.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and thrive in a self-sufficient environment.

Education and Experience Information:
- Law school graduate from the class of 2024 or 2025.
- Bar passage is not required at the time of hire but is expected within one year of the hire date.
- Interest in design and home decor is considered a plus.
- Candidates should possess strong self-sufficiency and detail-oriented skills.

Salary Information:
- Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
