Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist / General Administrative Support
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors; manage front desk operations with professionalism.
- Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and manage the front desk email inbox.
- Maintain and update office logs and internal records.
- Provide clerical support to the Lien Department, including:
- Data entry of medical bills and disbursement information.
- Organizing lien documents and uploading records.
- Verifying balances and assisting with lien tracking sheets.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, filing, and updating spreadsheets.
- Assist with special projects, reporting, and overflow support as assigned.
- Cover lunch and break shifts at the front desk.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Education and Experience Information:
- Entry-level candidates are welcome, and training will be provided.
- Previous office, administrative, or receptionist experience is a plus.
- Clerical administrative experience of 1 year is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) is preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
Salary Information:
- Pay is from per hour.
- Expected hours are 40 per week.
