Virginia-Barred Associate Attorney - Litigation and Dispute Resolution The candidate will work for a law firm serving government contractors and large and small private sector commercial clients. Will practice heavily on complex commercial and business litigation; management- and employer-side labor and employment litigation, including FLSA, wage-and-hour, Title VII, restrictive covenant, and trade secrets misappropriation claims; contract disputes; business torts; construction disputes; government investigations; False Claims Act matters; and real estate disputes, in state and federal courts, and government contracting claims and appeals before the United States Court of Federal Claims and the Civilian and Armed Services Boards of Contract Appeals. Should have a strong work ethic and 2+ years of experience in private practice and who is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia. This position is only open to individuals licensed to practice law and with experience practicing in the state and federal courts within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
