Barclay Damon LLP, a leading regional law firm, is looking for a talented and experienced associate to join our Restructuring, Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Practice Area. This position is available in multiple locations including Albany, Buffalo, New Haven, New York City, Rochester, or Syracuse. If you have at least four years of experience in complex bankruptcy matters or have a judicial clerkship background, we want to hear from you!

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and growing firm with approximately 300 attorneys. Our strategic platform of offices located in Albany, Boston, Buffalo, New Haven, New York City, Rochester, Syracuse, Washington DC, and Toronto allows us to serve a wide range of clients and industries.

Responsibilities:

- Support the Restructuring, Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights Practice Area
- Handle complex bankruptcy matters and provide legal advice to clients
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals

Qualifications:

- At least four years of experience in complex bankruptcy matters or judicial clerkship experience
- Licensed to practice in New York State or Connecticut
- Strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary range of $125,000 to $165,000
- Additional performance- or merit-based bonuses and benefits offered by the firm
- Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, qualifications, and office location
