Part-time Legal Transcription Typist (remote in CA)

Job Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Part-time Legal Transcription Typist is to transcribe various legal documents accurately and efficiently. The typist must ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner and that deadlines are consistently met. The position requires a strong adherence to detail, particularly in maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of legal documents. The typist must also ensure that all transcriptions adhere to legal formatting requirements and terminology.

Education and Experience Information:
The candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience in legal transcription. This experience is crucial to handle the specific requirements of legal documentation and to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the transcription process.

Skills Required:
- Ability to type a minimum of 65 words per minute with accuracy
- Strong attention to detail
