Are you an experienced Employment Law Partner looking for an exciting new opportunity? Look no further than Michael Sullivan & Associates, a leading law firm in California. We are seeking a talented and driven individual with at least 8 years of experience in Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) to join our team.

This is a full-time position based in El Segundo, CA, with potential for remote work. We also have offices in Fresno, Oakland, Ontario, Orange, Redding, Sacramento, San Diego, San Jose, and Westlake Village.

As an Employment Law Partner at Michael Sullivan & Associates, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and high-profile cases, as well as make a positive impact on our clients and their businesses. Key Requirements:

- At least 8 years of experience in employment litigation and defense
- Extensive knowledge of PAGA and class action lawsuits
- Experience with public entity defense is a plus
- Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degrees
- Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
- Strong research, analytical, and negotiating skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Commitment to proactive case management

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee PAGA claims, including class action-style lawsuits
- Develop and execute legal strategies tailored to PAGA claims
- Provide counsel on compliance with California labor laws
- Foster and expand client relationships
- Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and staff
