Law Firm Seeking Experienced Immigration Paralegal H1: Experienced Immigration Paralegal II at Law Firm - Salary Up to $80,000 H2: Join Our Team and Help Clients Navigate the Immigration Process Bullet Points: - Support attorneys and senior paralegals in preparing and filing petitions and applications with USCIS, DOL, and DOS - Communicate and coordinate with clients to gather required documents for visa petitions - Process advanced and varied corporate immigration cases such as L-1As and L-1Bs - Utilize document and case management systems to prepare, monitor, and record client casework - Train and review work of support staff and maintain confidentiality of client information - Prepare and draft filings to federal and state agencies and draft correspondence and memoranda - Conduct research on immigration law and procedures and stay updated on changes in the field - Minimum of five years of experience as a business immigration paralegal and a bachelor's degree required - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new systems and applications - Full-time position with salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year and benefits package
