The Law Clerk will be responsible for performing the following tasks:

* Draft and proofread briefs, legal memoranda, and statements of issues related to immigration cases
* Conduct research on laws, rules, and policies regarding immigration and analyze potential effects on immigration
* Generate legal briefs with analysis and argument in support of motions and appeals
* Confer with attorneys regarding various immigration issues
* Participate in conferences with clients to collect and analyze clients’ legal issues
* Propose feasible solutions to clients’ situation and communicate with clients
* Maintain and update case management system and keep track of case status

### Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
