Job Title: Practice Administrative Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Making copies of documents for service and preparing appropriate envelopes and/or labels.
- Preparing materials for overnight/mail services, deliveries, and courthouse filings as necessary.
- Arranging payment for case-related invoices and attorney expense reports using Chrome River.
- Making travel arrangements as required.
- Entering attorneys' time into the time management system as requested.
- Performing other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Preparing FedEx transmittals.
- Arranging messenger services for same-day deliveries.
- Scheduling internal and/or external meetings for attorneys.
- Searching and reviewing Worksite electronic files for specific requests and circulating them to appropriate parties as instructed.
Education and Experience Information:
- Requires a high school diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have 2 or more years of office experience.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft products, such as Word, Outlook, Office, and document management software; must be highly proficient in Excel.
- Preferred experience with billing software (Elite) and expense reimbursement software (Chrome River).
- Must be highly organized, proactive, tech-savvy, able to work under pressure, and be a self-starter.
- Must have strong attention to detail, possess proofreading skills, and the ability to effectively manage relationships and work as part of a team.
