Job Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of this role is to focus on real estate closings within Guilford County, North Carolina, and the surrounding counties. The candidate will be expected to handle various tasks related to real estate transactions, including but not limited to:
- Preparing documents for real estate closings.
- Conducting title searches.
- Ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met for the successful execution of real estate transactions.
The role may also involve liaising with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth real estate closings.
Education and Experience Information:
- The candidate must have prior experience with real estate closing preparation or title searches.
- Experience with Softpro is preferred, which indicates a familiarity with specific real estate transaction software that may be utilized in the position.
Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $31, to $45, per year.
Additional Information:
- Job Types: The position is available on both a full-time and part-time basis.
- Schedule: The standard work schedule is an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday.
- Ability to Commute: The candidate must have the ability to commute to Greensboro, NC 27410.
