- Advise public companies on SEC compliance, disclosure, governance, and exchange matters
- Represent issuers or investment banks in capital market transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, direct listings, and follow-on offerings
- Preference for candidates with experience or interest in technology and/or life sciences companies
- Must have at least three (3+) years of experience in advising public companies or investment banks
Qualifications:
- Barred in the state of the office the candidate is applying for or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam
- Superior academic credentials
