Job Title: eDiscovery Project Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
The eDiscovery Project Specialist at the law firm is tasked with overseeing and executing various eDiscovery projects using the Relativity application. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting Project Managers with client requests and managing litigation support projects.
- Overseeing the full life cycle of projects in accordance with project manager and client specifications.
- Implementing recommended practices in line with firm policies and eDiscovery goals.
- Collaborating with the Client Solutions Manager and Project Managers to ensure legal teams utilize innovative and cost-effective technologies in the discovery process.
- Coordinating data transfer and storage while adhering to firm policies and best practices.
- Tracking delivery schedules to ensure quality assurance and managing changes in work scope.
- Participating in post-project analysis to identify workflow inefficiencies and working with the eDiscovery Services team to apply quality control processes.
- Assisting in the development and delivery of training for litigation case teams on effective document review protocols.
- Coordinating and working with the H&K Review Center.
- Promoting the use of litigation technology and practice support services within the firm.
- Coordinating electronic and paper document discovery, including processing, scanning, coding, review, and productions.
- Staying current with relevant technology to enhance teamwork, client service, and efficiency.
- Participating in industry organizations and keeping up with developments in litigation technology.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 3+ years of professional litigation experience is required.
- Experience in a large law firm or a strong consulting background is preferred.
- RCA (Relativity-Certified Administrator) certification is preferred but not required. The law firm will sponsor RCA certification for qualified candidates.
- Knowledge and ability to train on Relativity, WestLaw Case Notebook, Case Map, TimeMap, and working knowledge of IPRO e-Capture and IPRO are necessary.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills are essential.
- A collaborative mindset is valued.
- Experience with analytics tools like Brainspace or NexLP is a plus.
- Trial presentation experience with Sanction or Trial Director is advantageous.
- A Bachelor’s Degree is required for this position.

Salary Information:
The position can be filled in various locations, with salary ranges differing by location. Base salary ranges for the position are:
- Washington: $102,000/yr - $153,000/yr
- Illinois: $102,000/yr - $153,000/yr
- District of Columbia: $111,000/yr - $167,000/yr
- New York City: $111,000/yr - $167,000/yr
- New York State: $111,000/yr - $167,000/yr
- Colorado: $93,000/yr - $139,000/yr
- California: $111,000/yr - $167,000/yr
