Job Title: Technology Innovation Leader
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead all technology projects, acting as both project manager and strategic lead for software upgrades, system rollouts, or new tool implementations.
- Coordinate with leadership, attorneys, and staff across departments to understand their needs and ensure tools are utilized effectively.
- Monitor software performance metrics and adoption rates, providing regular updates to leadership on the value and results of technological initiatives, including usage and time savings.
- Research and evaluate legal technology innovations, especially in AI, document processing, and client service, to identify new solutions.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training programs to ensure tech tools are supported by proper onboarding, documentation, and internal training resources.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technology, legal operations, or IT support role, preferably within a law firm or legal department.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher education is preferred.
- Familiarity with legal case management platforms such as Litify or Neos is considered a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Ability to work across teams to understand needs and deliver tech-driven solutions.
- Experience with vendor coordination or SaaS tools is advantageous.
- Experience in leveraging AI technology to support business technology and operations applications is desirable.
