In this role, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of personal injury cases from the moment they enter litigation. This includes drafting legal documents, reviewing medical records, scheduling depositions, and communicating with clients and other parties involved in the case. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in personal injury law and must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Core Responsibilities:

- Prepare discovery documents, legal pleadings, and correspondence
- Review and analyze medical records and other relevant documents
- Evaluate investigation materials and draft responses to written discovery
- Schedule lay and expert witness meetings and depositions
- Review and summarize depositions
- Become familiar with client guidelines for billable and non-billable activities
- Record time entries for all daily tasks
- Communicate effectively with clients, courts, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in personal injury law
- Experience with drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Familiarity with web-based legal research services
- Advanced legal writing, drafting, and proofing skills
- Ability to prioritize urgent projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
