Job Title: Associate Talent Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Chief Associate Talent Officer and Senior Manager of Associate Talent in firmwide initiatives aimed at the recruitment, retention, and development of top legal talent.
- Coordinate logistics, compile research, and manage administrative aspects of internal initiatives, including the mentoring program, lateral associate integration, and attorney year-end evaluations and compensation processes.
- Serve as a department resource to internal clients, including firm associates, Human Resources, and Marketing.
- Provide administrative support to the Global and Local Committees on Associates.
- Draft initial communications, reports, and presentations for Firm Management on industry trends and Associate Talent key performance indicators.
- Assist in the development and execution of firmwide survey strategies through administrative tasks, project planning, and vendor communications.
- Provide logistical support for team strategy meetings, associate talent roadshows, summits, and other meetings.
- Process expense reports for the Chief Associate Talent Officer and Senior Manager of Associate Talent and for the department.
- Arrange travel and prepare itineraries for Chief Associate Talent Officer and Senior Manager of Associate Talent as needed.
- Participate in local and firmwide associate programming and events.
- Aid the greater Associate Talent Team’s efforts in areas including Attorney Coaching, Recruiting, Professional Development, and CLE.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a professional services environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Legal industry experience preferred.

- Ability to balance competing demands and prioritize tasks with tight deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Proactive self-starter with attention to detail and excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Collaborative team player capable of building strong relationships across a range of individuals and personalities, while also able to work autonomously.
- Agile and flexible approach to changing priorities, with willingness to pivot as needed.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional client service to internal and external clients.
- Discretion in dealing with confidential information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and ability to adapt to new software as needed.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Salary Information:
- For Los Angeles, CA: $55, - $88,
- For Washington, DC: $53, - $85,
- For New York, NY: $57, - $92,
- For Chicago, IL: $50, - $81,

The salary range will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on prior experience, expertise, business needs, and market factors. The final salary offered may be outside of this range based on individual circumstances. Additionally, the salary may be only part of the total compensation package, which may include medical, financial, and other benefits such as 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits. Detailed participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employment offer is made.
