RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet with potential new clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate case and legal strategy to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients
- Manage multiple cases, paralegals, projects, and deadlines with exceptional organizational skills
- Train and supervise staff to maintain a high level of performance
- Prepare and revise court documents with precision and attention to detail
- Conduct legal research and write motions, briefs, and memoranda to effectively advocate for our clients
- Stay updated on legislative changes and judicial case law to provide the most current and accurate information to our clients
- Market the law firm's services to attract new clients and grow our practice
- Work one Saturday a month with the potential for bonuses for new clients signed during those days
- Cross-sell various other practices within the law firm to provide comprehensive legal services
- Handle court hearings and trials with confidence and expertise
- Become an expert on a variety of immigration matters, including Family Petitions, Asylum, Individual Hearings, SIJIS, U-Visas, and Waivers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- . from an ABA Accredited Law School (required)
- Active Bar License in Good Standing from any US State or PR (required)
- Authorized to work in the US
- Fluent in Spanish (required)
- Immigration experience (1 year or more)
