This is a remote position with the opportunity to work from home in select states where the firm has offices. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the automotive industry and possess 2+ years of experience in a paralegal or law firm setting. Candidates in California must meet specific qualifications under California Code, BPC §6450.
The Discovery Paralegal will be responsible for managing automotive-related products liability and breach of warranty litigation in California. This role requires a deep understanding of the client's industry, key allegations, and technical processes. The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and will regularly interact with clients, outside counsel, and team members. Strong proficiency in Relativity, knowledge of ESI protocol and e-discovery, and experience managing high-volume dockets, performing document reviews, drafting discovery, and tracking productions are key qualifications for this role.
As a Discovery Paralegal, you will be expected to have strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills. The ability to work in a team-driven environment is crucial for success in this role. Requirements:
