This is a regular full-time position for a non-partner attorney with a passion for complex disputes and a strong background in product liability. We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual with exceptional interpersonal and writing skills, who can work independently and as part of a team. In this role, you will handle a diverse range of complex disputes across multiple industries, including commercial, intellectual property, energy, and mass tort lawsuits. Our clients expect us to be ready to litigate these matters, and we are looking for someone who is ready to take on significant responsibilities and work directly with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle complex disputes across diverse industries
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Manage complex cases and conduct and defend depositions
- Make court appearances at key hearings and handle mediations
- Engage in other tasks typically managed by associates
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of complex litigation and product liability experience
- Highly motivated, dynamic, and creative individual with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong team-oriented mindset
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent legal research abilities
- Superb writing and oral communication skills
- Membership in the State Bar of the desired office location is strongly preferred

- Expected salary range of $310,000 - $390,000
