Job Title: Foreclosure Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and process legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Locate and extract information from legal files and records efficiently.
- Gather and organize relevant materials for use in legal proceedings, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Proofread documents to correct errors and ensure clarity and precision.
- Scan and prepare correspondences for internal and external communication.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the legal team and enhance operational efficiency.
Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 1 year of foreclosure experience is preferred, indicating familiarity with the foreclosure process and related legal requirements.
- Knowledge of legal terminology, legal processes, and procedures is preferred, highlighting the need for a foundational understanding of the legal system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required for managing documents and data effectively.
- Strong ability to maintain confidential legal files and documents, emphasizing the importance of discretion and security in handling sensitive information.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the role.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for clear and professional interaction with team members and external parties.
Salary Information:
- The salary for this position typically ranges from $18 to $21 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors. This range reflects the competitive compensation offered for candidates with the relevant skills and experience.

Additional Information:
- The work schedule is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Employees are required to be onsite 2-3 days per week following a 90-day training period and upon management approval.
