Job Title: Bilingual Spanish Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys with managing case flow, meeting deadlines, and maintaining client communication.
- Order and summarize medical records; assist with the discovery process and document production.
- Maintain organized electronic files and manage legal calendars efficiently.
- Draft pleadings and correspondence, and provide assistance in mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
- Provide clear and compassionate communication to clients throughout the process from intake to resolution.
- Collaborate with team members in a respectful, professional, and inclusive environment.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience is required, with a preference for experience in personal injury cases.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, including written and verbal communication with a good grasp of various Spanish dialects.
- Proficiency in technology is essential, including experience with Legal Case Management Software, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Pro.
- The candidate must be highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and client service skills are necessary.
- The candidate should be self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented.

Salary Information:
- The base salary ranges from $55,000 to $60,000 per year, with opportunities for advancement.
- Benefits include a 401(k) plan with a 3% employer contribution after one year, health, dental, and vision insurance, or an HSA with preventive care.
- Paid time off, sick leave, family leave, and quarterly service days are provided.
- Downtown parking is included.

Additional Information:
- The job is a full-time position.
- The work schedule consists of an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday.
