Responsibilities:
- Assist with implementing and managing technology solutions to streamline processes and operations
- Support all activities related to the global Legal e-billing / Matter Management System
- Process outside counsel billing and invoicing
- Provide functional support for the system
- Coordinate onboarding for new users and ongoing training for existing users
- Ensure system integrity and coordinate all contacts and interactions with IT
- Support internal legal website and global knowledge management initiative for the global legal group
- Maintain template libraries, content development and management
- Assist with tracking legal budget and expenditures
- Implement process improvements
- Evaluate technologies and underlying process requirements
- Prioritize and intake projects and daily general correspondence
Required Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience working on legal operations matters in a legal department of a publicly traded company or law firm
- Excellent analytical skills with a desire for continuous improvement
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and balance competing deadlines
- Strong project management skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Team player and self-starter
- Tech-savvy with experience in legal technology systems
- Comfortable liaising with IT
- Familiarity with Brightflag, SharePoint, and other legal technology solutions
Arch Capital Services LLC is currently seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to join their team in White Plains, NY. In this role, the specialist will assist with implementing and managing technology solutions to streamline processes and operations, as well as supporting all activities related to the global Legal e-billing / Matter Management System. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working on legal operations matters in a legal department of a publicly traded company or law firm, with excellent analytical skills and a desire for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with implementing and managing technology solutions to streamline processes and operations, including developing process documentation and workflows
- Support all activities related to the global Legal e-billing / Matter Management System, including processing outside counsel billing and invoicing, providing functional support for the system, coordinating onboarding for new users, and ongoing training for existing users
- Ensure system integrity and coordinate all contacts and interactions with IT
- Support internal legal website and global knowledge management initiative for the global legal group, including maintaining template libraries, content development and management, and other areas relevant to the global legal group
- Assist with tracking legal budget and expenditures and implementing process improvements
- Evaluate technologies and underlying process requirements to assess future needs

Salary Information:
- Location: White Plains, NY
- Salary Range: $61,500 - $90,000/year
- Total Individual Compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization, and business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
