Job Title: IP Litigation Senior Associate - Technology

Job Responsibilities:
The IP Litigation Senior Associate will engage in various legal tasks within the Intellectual Property Litigation practice. Key responsibilities include:

- Taking and defending depositions and engaging in motion practice.
- Conducting written discovery and expert discovery.
- Drafting pleadings and motions.
- Participating in inter partes review and/or International Trade Commission (ITC) proceedings, which is considered an advantage.

The associate is expected to work collaboratively with the team and contribute positively to the firm’s legal practice.

Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree is required.
