- Draft various legal documents, including motions to compel arbitration, discovery requests and responses, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct labor due diligence on M&A deals.
- Collaborate with clients to find creative solutions to employment law issues.
Qualifications:
- Five to seven years of employment law experience.
- Admitted to the California bar.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent legal writing skills.
- Experience in employment litigation, including court appearances and depositions.
- Experience in single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits, handling wage and hour matters, and client counseling.
- Familiarity with drafting legal documents such as motions, discovery requests and responses, and settlement agreements.
- Experience with labor due diligence on M&A deals preferred.
Salary Information:
- Salary range: $310,000 to $420,000 annually
- Compensation dependent on qualifications and experience
